Since the Illinois Green Cleaning Act was signed into law in 2007, Facility Supply Systems has been assisting school districts in the most efficient and economical implementation of green cleaing programs. The Health Schools Campaign is the leading authority on healthy school environments and a voice for people who care about our environment, our children, and education.
Greening Schools was a joint project between the Illinois EPA and the Waste Management Research Center. ALthough no longer funded, it provides many good resources.
